巨大芽孢杆菌

巨大芽孢杆菌是由中科院微生物研究所博士团队通过微生物高通量筛选鉴定技术平台筛选出的优势功能菌株。广泛应用于微生物肥料、生物防治上。巨大芽孢杆菌为有机磷降解菌株，可利用巨大芽孢杆菌的解磷功能，释放土壤中固定态无效磷，另外巨大芽孢杆菌菌产生的有机酸、生长素和抗生素等物质，可刺激作物生长，调节土壤酸碱度，促进土壤形成团粒结构，抑制土壤病原菌的生长，改善土壤微生态环境。

在研究巨大芽孢杆菌作用时，发现其是一种抑菌谱较广的生防菌株，通过在生长发育过程中产生多种拮抗性或竞争性的代谢产物，以直接或间接方式阻碍或杀死病原菌。如水稻纹枯病、烟草灰霉病、香蕉灰斑病、甘薯黑斑病等。
